Hi, I'm Jamette!
I facilitate mindfulness through using the tools of yoga, meditation and mindful art & sound.
Yoga, Art and Sound are fun ways to release stress and feel more vibrant.
The mindful movement we do is based on connecting the brain, body and breath together to come into a flow state. We move to help the flow of energy through our body. We use specific movement practices that use acupressure points, meridian lines, reflex points, and sound vibrations.
Mindful meditative art practices are simple art exercises that help us to tap into our creativity, work on our mindset, embrace our inner critic, and be in the present moment.
Our energy is our most precious resource. Let’s tap into the natural flow of energy through our body so we can live our best, most connected, vibrant and fulfilling life.
Services & Offerings
Mindful Mondays
Guests will enjoy a gentle and relaxing movement practice and then be “bathed” in sound waves to bring about a more calm and centered state. Sound vibrations will be used on and off the body using affirmations, singing bowls, and a few other meditative instruments. We will also work on creating mindful art pieces for our art journal. Connect within and with others as we come into harmony and coherence. An experience your body will thank you for!

R&R Yoga Day Retreat
Reset your nervous system through yoga, meditation and mindful art practices. Come into coherence for the month ahead. Relax and rejuvenate in community with others in our lovely yurt in rural Niagara.
The intention is that you will leave feeling calm and centered and ready to move forward on your life path from this place of connection, harmony and creativity. You will create and learn simple mindful art practices you can bring home with you.
