What’s included in the flow of the day:​

Introductions & Welcome

Mindful Movement class - Waking up the brain and body connection and opening the flow of energy through the body. We will be working with acupressure points and meridian lines and brain boosting exercises.

Break for lunch (light snacks included)

Creativity session: Making a mindful art piece and learning some mindful art exercises for our art journal.

Meditation, mindset work and gentle movement practices

Sharing /closing circle

Where is it?
Yurt in rural Niagara. Exact address to be given upon registration and payment.
​
What to bring?
Bring some water and a yoga mat and blanket and wear loose fitting or clothes that you are comfortable moving around in and a journal.
